Police recovers phones stolen by hoodlums, arrests four suspects

Men of the Lagos state police command have arrested four suspected criminals who attacked two victims and carted away their phones in the Ilasan area of the state. 

According to a statement released, the phones stolen have been recovered and the suspects will be arraigned in court as soon as the investigation is concluded.
