Man destroys power holding company’s vehicle after some of its officials tried disconnecting his light

A man has been captured on video destroying a power holding company’s vehicle after some of its officials tried to disconnect his light. 

The man who at first tried taking some of their tools, broke their vehicle’s windscreen with a wood and also used a knife to damage the tyres. It’s unclear if he has been arrested or paid for the damages he caused.
