Full-time Nanny/PA/House Manager role for a family located in Aspen, USA, $90,000 — $130,000 gross per annum. Start ASAP

A highly recommended client is seeking a career Nanny/PA/House Manager to join their family to support them in meeting their daily needs.
This role will entail all duties involved across all three positions at different times in the week/day. We are, therefore, searching for a great multi-tasker who is a competent professional in each position.
As a Nanny, for B8, you will focus your time and energy on assisting with wake-up, school preparation, healthy breakfast prep and school lunch, medication, transport to and from school, homework, development, well-being, and play. You will assist with after-school activities, general cleanliness in the child’s areas, organization of the child’s belongings and get started with evening routines. You will promote good behavior with reward charts and promote independence with regular chores and responsibilities.
As a Personal Assistant your role is to support the mother. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including running errands, managing schedules, booking travel, helping with packing, assisting with childcare, and handling household tasks. You will be responsible for coordinating the weekly menu with the mother and curating all supplies and light meal prep. You will being the caretaker of all important documents, files, and passwords. In addition, you will be expected to work with the family’s travel coordinator and EA’s.
As a Family Household Manager, you will be a highly organised and detail-oriented person to oversee the daily operations of the household. Duties will be to recruit and manage other private staff and service contractors, oversee and support the smooth running of the whole household including but not limited to general housekeeping and organisation, repairs and maintenance, kitchen and pantry operation, laundry and wardrobe management, procurement and inventory control and training of staff. You will be responsible for overseeing the household budget. This will include a quarterly prepared budget, audit of budget to check for accuracy, paying bills, and personal financial statements.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, energetic, kind, well-mannered and open-minded. You must love to cook and have basic knowledge of healthy food guidelines.
You will need to have good attention to detail, feel happy in a fast-paced family home, be able to multitask, and be willing to get involved. Being able to use your own initiative is a must without the need to be micromanaged. Excellent organisational and financial management skills are required. Knowledge of Quick Books (or equivalent) and EXCEL is a must. Driver is required.
Flexibility is key to this family for longevity. The parents require the option to go out and travel and therefore the candidate must be willing to commit to the responsibility of evening babysitting and/or proxy parenting. Over time is compensated additionally. The family embraces a holistic approach to life, emphasizing physical and mental health and a good
